What's better cIOS rev14 or cIOS rev15 to use with neogamma, to boot DVD backups only?

14 is the better one for dvd launching but no DL support so no SSBB and MPT.

But I believe cIOS rev10 is the most stable for disc loading and has DL support.

Go with cIOS Rev14 and don't use DVD+R DL

Plus, there are many DVD9 to DVD5 ripkits out there for these kinds of games.

cIOS Rev15 is got issues where newer games will throw off Error 001
