Probably this one.
http://r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp
Check under "R4 SDHC kernel download (without i mark)
It does say the website on the cart in their picture but otherwise looks the same, maybe they added the website name in later batches.

Just tried it, still have that black Loading... screen :\ I thought that one would work

Still black loading screen :\ If it helps this is the menu I remember seeing when I first got the R4
You could try alternate loaders:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/wood-r4-for-clones.221023/ (looks like it won't work because it's a .nds file, however there is a tool available that can encrypt .nds files into the _DS_MENU.DAT file the R4s and many of the clones use, I believe it was called r4crypt)
https://gbatemp.net/threads/r4ysauto.103879/ (will have to choose to use it as replacement for the original firmware when you run the batch file)

That interesting. Usually R4s get kinda crazy with their labels, but this one looks relatively normal compared to the regular R4.

It's an older clone, probably from a first time cloner. This was back before everything needed to be colorful, covered in extra words, and labeled with all kinds of firmware numbers. Twas a simpler time that I look upon fondly as I remember everything I dealt with trying to help people as the years went on.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
