I haven't played through many of the FF games, in fact the only one I played to the end was VIII so I guess I rate that pretty high.
From the others that I've played at a friends house or rented ,but never owned, I'd say I liked Tactics and X alot as well.

I can't really RANK them, since I haven't played through all of them, but my favorites include Final Fanstasy VII, IX, and X. X is my all-time favorite just because I didn't play VII until last year, so the nostalgic memories aren't there.
