Hacking What does this mean??

Guys i keep writing the new ds games on my CF compact M3 Adapter and they arent working, or they'll say :
"Could not read the data. Turn off the power and reinsert the DS Card."

did like nintendo do something to the games now soo that they wouldnt work on slot-2 devices??......or am i writing them the wrong way???
By the way i think i have the latest version of the M3.

First make sure you have installed the latest firmware.
