Error in chibi-robo clean sweep

Hello! I'm trying to play Chibi-Robo: Clean Sweep, translated on an R4, but when I try to start the game, the screen goes blank and a message appears saying: "Could not read the data. Please turn off the power and re-insert the game card." I don't know how to fix it; I've tried restarting the console, changing the ROM, downloading a patched version, but nothing works. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

It's green, has a Chinese character on the top screen, and below there are 3 menus: one for games, another for multimedia files, and other for 'slot 2' and its version is 1.10b

Did you add the TWiLight Menu++ autoboot files or not?

@Pablosky215 Doesn't seem like you did. Please follow the autoboot steps in the flashcard installation guide.
