Hacking WBFS Manager Alternates?

Are there any good WBFS managers that DON'T require the .net framework or any other files to install?

Make sure they are in English and are as reliable as WBFS Manager.

There is only one I know about, and it is the PrixM's WBFS. unless you have Linux, Search it because I havn't the privilege of using it yet.
