There is no halfway decent tv for $30!! I'm sure the tv that people have now is a much better one than the one they would get for $30. Hmmm...A big screen tv with no pal switch or a 15" one with it...tough call, really.

My tv automatically switches from ntsc and pal (I believe) so color is not an issue for me, also the tv was bought for $100 like 4 years ago.

ok really really quick question. Will this all work with wii menu 3.3e ?? also what exatly does cIOS do ?? im just trying to understand it a little.


oh sorry and one more thing, does this cIOS still allow me to do the game ripping via the WiiHTTPDump method i use ??

Youll find that imgburn is sometimes crap i have problems now and then opening in one of the 3 i use (imgburn/nero/alcohol) i burn most i can using alcohol so far everygame ive tried works if it wont open with alcohol you find it will on another one

both work fine only slow fmv

Just to add i have 2.4.2.0 of imgburn its still rubbish compaired to alcohol 120%

I just tried a PAL Top Spin 3 on my PAL wii using ridisc dvd-r at 8x and the game froze when it was loading a match.

What region top spin are you using and what region is your Wii?

i'm using an NTSC wii and a PAL version of Top Spin 3, and it works just fine

Will try an ntsc version on my PAL wii if my second test with this PAL version doesnt work lol

EDIT: worked on a second attempt with a default exhibition, i tried a 5 set 6 game match when it crashed.....maybe it has limited exhibition function? More testing will tell.

It's a 13 inch tv with 2 a/v ports and a headphone jack, as well as the pal/ntsc switch for $30. Sounds like a good deal to me. Of course viewing your profile you're a 17 year old male, so it does not surprise me that you're a shithead.

I find this kind of awkward but I was just playing No More Heroes NTSC for a good hour. The opening movie is lags and stutters but when you go to a cutscene before and after you fight the first boss, there isn't any lag in sight. Whats up with that?

think that the opening movie is a rendered movie like any game and has higher resolution and more complex graphics.

however the ones in game are with in game graphics rather than the high quality renders

just tested this and works great on my wii, was using the wii remote and boy was it uncomfortable.....might have to invest in a guitar if it stays stable.

PAL game PAL wii ridisc 8x DVD.

only negative so far.....Stutters in opening videos and takes a while to load menu after song but everything seems pretty sweet

What CD/burn speed etc. were you using? And what region? I heard that GH supposedly has off-track notes when used in this loader...
