4.3 works with European wii's not American wiis. No word on Korean or Japanese wii's.

No games have it yet, so why do you need the update right now? By the time any licensed games require it, a new version of the HackMii Installer that is compatible with 4.3 will probably have long been released.

Waninkoko released a new version of the updater (4.3b) that solves the HBC problem on US Wii's.

Just along shot question here, some of these games like mario galaxy 2 and monster hunter tri had problems loading up. Would this update help any of these problems without haveing to install other wads ect.

I updated to wan's 4.3 but now I carnt get any games to work in the disc channel, it keeps erroring every time, neogamma works so its not a complete loss but is there any way to get it working back on the disc channel, I think its this new ios 80 doing it, Ive tried DOP MIIv12 but it will not uninsatll ios 80 says it needs it for system. Can anyone help me out of this situation. Thanks.

IOS80 is the REQUIRED IOS for System Menu 4.3, so deleting it would result in a brick! .. when you upgraded to 4.3, the update installed fresh IOS's over top of your CORP'D IOS's (I'm assuming you had either cioscorp/darkcorp installed)

I'm pretty sure the documentation for darkcorp warns not to use any other installers once it is installed - darkcorp replaces damn near the entire system with custom IOS files, so overwriting any IOS with non-darkcorp IOS files will break something. You're probably really lucky it didn't cause a brick.

You can try the darkcorp uninstaller, but I don't know if it will work with a screwed up install... and reinstalling darkcorp may not work now that you have upgraded, so you may be screwed until a new darkcorp comes out

Why when this adds no features whatsoever. I mean yeah, i could see for a big update like 4.0 or something, but this update had no point other than to delete homebrew. Just update the shop channel alone and dont update. Why half ass it and do a partial update.

Sorry, some games seem to work still on disc channel (example lego indy 2) but games like mario galaxy 2 dont want to. I can still play it on neogamma but im a little pixxed off I even installed it, I thought waninkoko's stuff was supposted to be safe to install!! I wish I had never insatlled it, well I installed it to be upto date but that seems to casued me trouble. Any other ideas.

I tried the 4.3b one, and yet I cant find a way to open it. what EXACTLY do I need to make it open on wii?

LTK, I think you misunderstand what this program does. It updates to 4.3, if you have a virgin 4.3, it's already have the components you don't want that wanins 4.3 removes.
