Hacking WAD Creator error 1017

Background info: I'm trying to get sneek working. I have the nand working and I can load games, one thing that isn't working for me is installing the HBC. I recently uninstalled cIOSCORPS and all cIOS and then restored the TB and installed all my cIOS back.
My problem is when I try to dump the HBC as in this guide: http://gbatemp.net/t218725-sneek-di-quick-guide wad creator always gives me error ret -1017 when it tries to read the TMD no matter what channel or ios I try to dump. So anyone know how to fix this?

Have you also tried to install cIOS249 v17? I never got wad creator with v18,19 or 20 to work, only with v17 or lower.

I had the exact same problem a couple hours ago. I got around it by installing an older cIOS (v11 to be exact). It's nice to know that it works up to v17 though.

Try rev20 with base 38!! lol

Rev 20 is what caused the failure for whatever reason.

OK, here's my update: cIOS rev20 with base 38 didn't work, but rev17 worked. Now I have HBC on my sneek nand. The problem is when I open the HBC it goes to the scam warning screen everytime and I have to wait 1 min for it to let me press 1 and when I press 1 it goes to the HBC. Is there any way of removing this?
