I am able to view apps placed on USB:\apps\ with Homebrew Filter, but when I run them the screen goes black and the controller repeatedly tries to reconnect when you hit a button. Have to unplug.

For example, this happens with WiiModLite v1.7. I haven't gotten any USB app to do anything but black-screen & freeze yet.

I was hoping to install WADs off of USB, but perhaps ShowMiiWads is the only way to do this?

You can run apps through a USB drive with he HBF, but it has limited compatibility. I don't think crediar wrote SNEEK with homebrew in mind. Anything that modifies the NAND (WiiMod Lite for example) almost certainly won't work.

So I prefer to ask the creator himself .. or someone really experienced .. my situation is this: i want to run Sneek + DI work on my vWII, I followed the procedure (to perfection) and put kernel.bin (which I created with build_boot2.cmd and 0000000e.app [this file in nands \ pl_eu \ title \ 00000001 \ 00000050 \ content was already with the letter E final] without problems) SNEEK folder (in the root of the SD), the nand the I generated with ModMII (I need to generate a NAND entirely new, it may seem strange, but I need that) when I open the vWII, I open the Homebrew Channel, start SNEEK and bring me the message '' waiting for ARM to reset PPC '' I did everything, I'm really desperate .. how to use this nand generated (a nand is identical to a real wii, not me Apparently there is something wrong) with sneek? I wait patiently, and thank you, I give you any information

You're using a Wii NAND, not a vWii NAND. A Wii NAND built for ModMii is used for the Wii versions of SNEEK, not vWii. This is a big difference. Use FSToolbox for vWii to dump your NAND so you can use it.

I had a feeling that when someone would help me , he would have said this .. if this is the problem , I would like to ask you how to use a nand NEW generated on vWII , even without the sneek or another application / loader that will enable me to do such a thing .. how can I fix ? I'm assuming you're talking about what you can use the NAND for?

The only thing that can emulate is vWii SNEEK.

I don't know how to do this on vWii.

Remember that vWii is Wii Mode on the Wii U, so if you're using a Wii that's a different story.

I have no idea how that works. I'm also not an expert on SNEEK. I just wrote a tutorial on compiling it.
