I have made a new video how to unbrick vWii by using NUS Downloader method
it's exactly the same thing like the update you get to change your vWii region
get to change vWii in firmware version to new or old
for this video I used a Japanese versions of vWii
I convert my vWii region EUR vWii to JAP vWii for this video enjoy

Thank you @NintnedoGuyin66 I used your guide on the video with NUS downloader and it works.
Now vWii is in full function (something like formated NAND).

In this guide anyone must pay attention on specifics.

HI, i hope some can help please, I accidentally installed hackmii for home brew on vwii twice and now it comes up with an ‘exception (DSi) occurred’ and the homebrew app in the vwii has disappeared, i uninstalled wuphax and reinstalled but still get the error in hackmii, in addition I installed the files again on my SD card but the same thing, now I can’t play GameCube games any ideas please???

  This means it is now possible to restore a vWii from a 100% empty NAND without any NAND backups.

Yes, you need to be running CFW.

Simply boot into Haxchi's cfw by pressing the button it is configured for example if you didn't changed the configuration it should boot onto cfw if you press the A button iirc

I press Haxchi on my screen menu it bring me there. And after i don't know what to do.

you need to boot "sysmenu" first, then it should work,

e.g. in this example it would be the B button

check version number afterwards in settings, it should show 99.99.99

You have haxchi from a video guide which probably isn't set up to run CFW.
You can either use mocha now or reinstall haxchi with a proper config.
In the future you should use https://wiiu.hacks.guide to hack your Wii U instead of using video guides..

I think haxchi comes with homebrew launcher enabled at default and as Gary said is possibly that the haxchi version he's using is older and it can't load CFW

What does your config.txt look like?

If you don't have it, it's in the game's folder. Use ftpii u everywhere for haxchi.​
