Hi,

if you use two switches with different firmware and different Mario Kart updates, it is possible to use the Local Wireless Play option? If so, will it update the other firmware or not?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

my friend and I both bought a switch. I want to stay on 2.3.0 as suggested online, she already updated. I really don't want to accidentally update.

Can confirm it works on different firmwares as well.

A friend and I played on a plane, me being 3.0.0 and him 3.0.1.
