I already have the save and imported it into Dolphin, switched discs, saved, and exported it. When I put it back into my GC Memory card using GCMM and go to continue, the new save says corrupt. Any ways to fix this?

i don't know why you are having this issue, i did this a while back and had no issues.
try a different save manger or GC memory card and maybe that will work.
