Homebrew Upgrading SSF4 3Ds to USF4? Possible?

As the thread says, using Dumpbrain and Hans, could we get an up to date USF4 version?

I know characyer models and stuff would be harder or even impossible, same for stages, but Im talking about BALANCE CHANGES for the existing cast.

EDIT: IF... we can boot SSF4 in HANS mode thats it!

There is a USF4 PC mod thread at SRK.com and they sucessfully ported the changes to USF4 on 360/ps3 (obviously modded consoles), this lead me to believe that the "balance" data or moves properties data can be tweaked.

So.... What do you guys think?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
