Hacking Updating my Wii

I'm still at Version 3.2E but I'm wondering if it's worth to update my wii ??
what will happen after I updated it ?? More Mii Stuff ??? Able to play all kinds of DVD's (if that's true I'll do it so my Phillips DVD's will work) or is it only a shop update (with I never use)

You will get the SD card menu, allowing you to move channels to the SD card and use them from there.

Other than that (and updated IOSs), there is no real benefit of updating.

Yes it's worth updating your Wii. What happens is you get a new SD menu which lets you play Virtual Console and Wii Ware game straight from your sd card. All kinds of dvds? No you don't get that feature only thing you get is the sd menu that's the only real thing you get. I suggest updating to 4.2
