Hacking Update emuNAND from 9.0.0 to 9.5.0 on N3DS (GW)?

Why won't this work for 8.1-9.2? And why wouldn't you? 8.1 has way less support compared to 9.2 (no Ninjhax whatsoever to begin with). Also, there are no Japanese games with 9.2.

Well, as long as you aren't messing with sysNAND too much

The readme for sysupdater has different information:
"## Don't run this in sysNAND Gateway mode or it will brick your sysNAND! This is not my fault. Please ask Gateway to remove their NATIVE_FIRM update block!"

So, this is clear information for me.
Added the update in a folder named "updates" on sd.
Boot emuNAND with Gateway.
Installed sysupdater as app on SD.
Ran the app and installed the update.
Done.

sysNAND 9.0.0 and emuNAND 9.5.0.
