Unwatch unavailable blogs

So, let me set this up. There's this guy, right? You with me so far? Anyways I watched this guy's blogs a while back, but since then, this guy made his profile and blogs only accessible to people he follows, so now I'm stuck getting notifications for this guy's blogs that I can't even read or access the page to unwatch his blog, what can I do?

To unfollow a person, copy their profile link, and append ‘/follow’, like so:
https://gbatemp.net/members/banjo2.392154/follow

To unwatch a blog, append ‘/unwatch’. This should work, even though there is no prompt, like last time:
https://gbatemp.net/blog/banjo2.392154/unwatch

You can do this with separate blog entries, too:
https://gbatemp.net/entry/how-i-wasted-my-time-this-week.18540/unwatch
