Hacking Unable to excute any homebrew program...

Could anybody figure it out what matter it is?

I just brought a hacked korean wii with system menu 4.0U. Then I upgrade it to 4.1U with the offical update. It still works fine though.
Then I upgrade the homebrew from 1.01 to 1.03, but failing with msg "no known vunlerable IOS" or something else. AFter googling, I have tried to reinstall IOS36-64-v1042.wad with cIOS36_rev9-Installer, but still can't upgrade HB.

OK, then tragedy began. I google again, and some post said that I can first use IOS downgrader to restore the IOS before install HB 1.03. Then I did as it said, using IOS-Downgrader_v1 to downgrade the IOS. After rebooting, I found out that excuting all the homebrew programs(Including homebrew channel, softchip, backup loader, wad manager...) will result in a black screen, even with banner bomb. Most of the installers didn't work neither, so I can't reinstall the homebrew or upgrade or downgrade the IOS.

However, the wiiware installed can be excuted, and the system menu functions fine(can enter setting). After many tries, only two program can be excuted by banner bomb: cIOS38_rev14-Installer and Trucha Bug Restorer v1.

So, anybody know how to fix it? I just need to excute the program again(so that I can find a way to fix them all, I hope).

I just run title_lister and got this thing. Does it means anything?

FYI, just check in TBR, my wii is actually boot2v4.... But it seems my wii is not brick completely?
