Hello Every One and welcome to my tutorial on how to edit nds models!

First Off - You Will Need:
a supported 3d material editor (you only need one)
-3ds max 6
-maya 50/60/65/70

My Toolset (downloads Below)

my Tool set Contains:
nsbmd tool (set up so you can export models to obj format)
plugins (so you can export to imd format)
Nintendo 3D Material Editor (For Editing The IMD's and Creating textures and more)
g3dcvtr (so you can compile imd files to nsbmd)

Download Toolset From Here
UPLOADING NEW TOOLSET! LINK WILL BE BACK UP WITHIN 2 HOURS

Decompiling nsbmd
1. Extract the Rom
2. Copy the model you want to edit to the nsbmd tool folder
3. Run GUI.exe (my very own program! (its not altogether that good) )
4. click the file you want to extract
5. choose screencap.dll
6. press SCROLL LOCK, then rotate/zoom away from the image
7. Woolah you now have the model in a usable format (so you don't have to rebuild from scratch)

Install Plugins
(WILL WRITE LATER)

IMPORT OBJ
(Will Write Later)

Export IMD
(Will Write Later {uses plugins})

Compile IMD to NSBMD
Go to the G3Dcvtr folder, run the bat file for usage help

sorry i will write more later
and will upload new Tools Now!

doesn't photoshop CS3 extended support obj 3D files, too?
i don't Know, but the 3d editor needs to support the plugins.
(so it can export IMD files (the source files of nsbmd))
i've got a nintendo ds plugin for a version of photoshop, but i'm not sure what it does...
(i don't think its 3d...)

sorry

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
