This seems to be newish, but as I'm browsing the forums, generally now interstitial mobile ads will open when a forum is opened. Is there a way to disable this? It's really quite annoying and in your face on mobile. I never noticed this / received this before and I am currently not using an ad blocker.

sorry for the inconvenience caused, unfortunately these are standard google adverts which help provide revenue to the site, allowing us to pay for quality servers, protection, and maintenance.
I'm afraid we won't be able to disable them, but at least when you see these you can tell yourself that you're helping the site :)
