Gaming Trouble with The World Ends with You nds on TTDS

So basically i downloaded the world ends with you today and i tryed to play the game using the latest multicart update.
When i start the game loads, after it goes through all the sponsors of the gamenit says deleting corrupt save file, well i never made a sav file so i was like w/e. Then the game kept going corrupt game deleted and just repeated doing that.

Any suggestion of how to run it properly without the corrupt sav file deletion looop? , my friends R4 runs well without the loop

when i went on the site it said it was the latest one v6.68. Im using a 4GBmicrosd in a white DSTT cartdridge

would i need something like chrono trigger to patch the game
