Hey, I got the same issue. No video, no sound wii remotes aren't recognized. The wii light is on and the drive spins. If I'm not mistaken its understood as a branch d under http://savemii.net/troubleshooting.html. I read this guys problem (http://wiinewz.com/forums/wii-hacking-and-homebrew/71692-savemii-branch-d.html) and he said it was his bluetooth module wasn't seated properly. Any suggestions of what I can do. Is checking the module and easy task and how could the bluetooth module become unseated?

but anyways, we need to know what kind of wii serial number you have, and how you bricked it [ what programs and stepps did you take?]
My serial is a LU101. Everything was working fine for me I had HBC installed and wad manager 1.4. I also installed backup launcher but i was unable to get it working. It kept freezing up and when i tried to run the cIOS that you need to install it it would give me an error and it said i had to downgrade if i got an error. Which is where the problem came. I downgraded to 3.2U and I got an error and locked up. I tried to reboot it and got the green light and black screen. thats where i am now.
This is the guide i followed http://timashley.me/?q=node/6 everything was going fine, i had to download and install IOS35-64 v1040.wad due to a freeze when i tried to Downgrade IOS35 it then said i installed it already. When I got to the step where i ran WMIOS35 to install cIOS249 rev9.wad. I kept getting an error when trying to install it. So, then i switched to wad manager 1.4 to try and install it and i got the same problem. I figured it wasn't working because i had to downgrade. i ran cIOSdowngraderv1 downgraded was complete to 3.2u and thats the last time i saw my wii working.
Well as I mentioned above, whenever i tried to install the cios that backuplauncher requires my wii would lock up so I was hoping downgrading would fix that :/ Is there any modchips i can buy or software i can download to fix this my issue?

Assuming that you haven't bootmii in boot2 installed, I would check out if savemiifrii works then you can download an special ISO from hackmii and boot with this dvd...
If not, your wii is dead and the systemboard has to be replaced. So If your wii is still under warranty i would send it back to big N.
Otherwise check out a local console modding shop. I got my systemboard replaced (including a Wiikey2) for about 110$ with another year of warranty covered by the shop itself.
Havent seen the board with the processor and everything for sale when i looked abit around.
See alot of those boards for sale around that are attached to the DVD-ROM drive.
Just need to know if thats the one needing to replace.
I have a full brick wii here, no backup of anything cause pretty much none of the homebrew stuff did work, hence the downgrade.
Ain't sending it to nintendo, prolly better of buying a new one cuz mine was bought on the release date.
No problem for me to replace stuff, did replace the laser because it was broken a couple of months ago.
