Hardware Transfer to a new cfw Switch

So my current hacked Switch has been damaged beyond repair. I have a new unpatched Switch arriving soon but am curious if there is something I can do to be able to use my current SD card with my emulated nand on this new unit so I don’t have to download and reinstall everything.

It was dropped from a severe height. The old unit is completely shot.
