Are there any Romacks for playing Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin on the DS top screen? I don't like to strain my neck looking at the bottom screen for long period of time

sorry, but is there a possibility that the patch works for the European version as well? I speak Spanish and I also want to play it with the patch

You don't actually need cheats or ROM hacks; you can just use nds-bootloader to switch the screens. When you start the game, you just hit "L+R+down" and go into the settings and switch the screens.
