Hacking Transfer from hacked 3ds to hacked New 2ds... transferring tickets

I have a questions that I've had trouble finding an answer for on the forums. So I'm planning to transfer data from my hacked new 3ds to a new 2ds. The original system has both legit and non-legit titles (fbi, non-eshop games, etc.)

I've read conflicting things about transferring tickets and retaining software. Is it possible to transfer my tickets to the target system and avoid reinstalling a bunch of stuff? Thanks for any insight!

Yes.

Simply backup your tickets using FBI on source console before transfer. Then import them using FBI on target console after transfer.
