Gaming Top screen on my DSi is loose?

When the DSi is closed it seems lift a little and make a "clacking" noise if I push on the top of it, closing it in a sense, only to swing open again.

Is there any way to fix this? I just got the system.

Return it and get a different one. If it's new, it shouldn't be having that problem. If it's used, you got screwed.
