Threads no longer being bumped to the top of the topic.

At time of writing, a new post in a thread in Blog Articles will not bump it up to the top of the thread.

This was discovered after posting here and here.

That is by design, not a bug.

Blogs are generally done in reverse chronological order, and its no different here.
