Oh, hi there, glad you could join me. Today we'll be discussing the effect of Celine Dion on maple syrup. So, I guess I'll get us started:

Celine Dion burst onto the music scene with her hit album... uhh... well I'm sure there must be one. This album was then listened to all over Canuckia by various middle-class workers. These workers, after listening to the "songs" on the "albums" then lost the will to live.

One day, one worker said "Ahhh enuff o this, eh." and developed a tastey but sticky pancake topping he named "Moose Juice". Unfortunately this title didn't catch on, but moose juice went on to become what we know as maple syrup, once again restoring the will to live to the general populace of the Canuckian peoples.

And that, as they say, is Canadian history, eh.

Powerful stuff. Just a drop was probably enough to get me into a sugar induced coma so it just sits in my cupboard and the last time I tried to open it, the lid fused with the glass and I can't open it.
