Does the newest patch fix the text box over-runs or is that still a work in progress? I assume it is better to wait on playing this until the final patch?

Just patched my files yesterday and it works flawlessly. There's one thing that I'd like some help with though... and it's not in regards to the translation: in the old thread it was mentioned that it's somehow possible to replace the Evo version textures in the game with the higher res PC version ones and the person also posted screenshots. Is there any how to on how to do that?

Good call. I feel this and modding the music to insert the original soundtracks are the last two nice to have modifications that would make this version perfect.

Still, tremendous job inserting Geofront’s fantastic localization.

That is not something we have done right now, but may be so in the future. Right now the team is focusing on the script itself.

Wow, you guys are quick. Amazing work, as ever.

To the poster who accidentally bought Ao and not Zero, with any luck (fingers crossed), there'll be an Ao patch someday too! (Need the precious, precious trophies for these games.)

sorry if asked before but what's the easiest way to go about patching this?

Navigate in VitaShell and go to /gro0:/app/PCSG00042 for the physical version or ux0:/app/PCSG00042 for the digital version

-While hovering over the appropriate directory press Triangle followed by X for the option to open it decrypted

-Transfer both data0.psarc and data1.psarc through FTP to your PC.

-Navigate in VitaShell to /ux0:/patch/PCSG00042.

-While hovering over this location press Triangle followed by X to open it decrypted.

- Copy both data.psarc and eboot.bin through FTP

-With all the files transferred, use the xdelta application and insert the patch, the source file related to the patch, and the destination you would like to send the patched file to (use the same name as the file you are patching). For instance for patch I would use data.psarc.v01.xdelta, for source file I would use data.psarc, and for output file I would place it in my destination and call the file data.psarc as well

- Do this for data0.psarc, data1.psarc, data.psarc, and eboot.bin

-Create a folder (if you don't already have one) titled PCSG00042 and store all the newly patched files into that folder

-Transfer this new folder through FTP or USB to your RePatch folder and you are good to go

@PortableGuy

This is allready tested and confirmed working. You can extract the audio files from the PS4 Kai version. They are encoded in .at9 same as the EVO version.

You just have to replace the EVO files in data.psarc/data/bgm and data0.psarc/data/bgm with the KAI audio files. .psarc files are like sony ZIP containers. There are tools easily available to handle them.

Because of obvious reasons we can't include them in the patch.

Thanks a lot for addressing my question. I understand why this couldn’t be included, of course, and never thought of PS4 files. Owning the game on PC, PSP, Vita and PS4, I’ll give this a shot.

Hooray, was finally able to do the (Vita-exclusive) bake-off quest and get the cappuccino recipe. You guys rock.

Other untranslated/incomplete bits that are no doubt on your radar already, but just mentioning for the sake of completeness: gambling in the casino, and console/Detective Notebook notes on the Vita-exclusive bake-off quest.

Expect that I’ll platinum this game - doing a fresh playthrough at Normal this time while testing it, then a Nightmare run once the patch is finalized. Have to make sure I have a good clear data file for Azure, of course. ;)
