Simple issue. I go into a game, do the L+down+right stick combo to open up the overlay, and it simply doesn't appear. I'm running on firmware version 13.2.0 and I can provide screenshots of my SD card folder if needed.

Here are some images of my SD card folders. While following the official tutorial, I couldn't see a .overlays folder, so I just made one.

I'm currently attempting it in handheld mode
drop that in atmosphere/contents. then try, if doesnt work, use kosmos/deepsea toolbox verify that the sysmodule is turned on. (though it should be with that file)

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
