Hacking System Transfer/Swap from and to O3DS 11.2 A9LH & Luma

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I could swap my two O3DS 11.2 A9LH & Luma systems, because I want my NNID and my game stats on my primary 3DS with a capture card and want to prevent losing A9LH, Luma, FBI etc. and not messing up things that could happen if I use the system transfer without safety..? Thanks in advance!^^

Both consoles should still have A9LH on them. A system format or factory reset won't get rid of A9LH so it's unlikely that a system transfer would, either
