System transfer from a broken CFW ds to a new one

Hi, I have a 3ds LL but it recently broke, the top screen no longer works, so i decided to upgrade and get a new 3ds LL. I was wondering if i can transfer everything i had on the old ds to the new one.

You can use the built-in System Transfer app. Have you not tried Googling about this already? Do you have a more specific question..?

Yeah, can i do it through the sd card only?

You didn't answer the question. Have you tried Googling about this already? What is "through the SD card only" supposed to mean?

I assume when you say "the top screen no longer works" you mean that the rest of the 3DS still works.
