This is just one guy's attempt to hack it. Doesn't mean much if he fails. And I don't know why he is bring up that IDA chart. Looks normal to me. You are looking at deliberately obfuscated code by a hacking team with the intention of anti-reversing. Of course it is gonna look like that.

I have, the devs report to Nintendo before they release it. That's not what's going on here.
yeah, they would get sued if they sign up for the bounty program, submit an exploit and sign the NDA get a check for it then release it anyway (also the exploits have to be your own unique work, not just document how an already released exploit works)

I guess if they submit it without taking part in the bounty program its ok though

What they would do after they signed a disclosure has absolutely ZERO to do with what IS going on right now.
