major oof luckily i have a fat32 backupIs your SD card formatted as exFAT? If you didn't install the exFAT version of 8.1.0 with ChoiDujourNX, your exFAT SD card will be unreadable.
To fix the problem, use a FAT32 SD card to install the exFAT update with ChoiDujourNX or reformat your SD card as FAT32.major oof luckily i have a fat32 backup

ok theres progress but now after the switch logo it crashes to the atmosphere screenYou only have two options, as I said above:
- Use a different SD card that's formatted as FAT32 to use ChoiDujourNX again and reinstall 8.1.0 with exFAT support.
- Backup the contents of your SD card and reformat the SD card as FAT32.
Do the following:ok theres progress but now after the switch logo it crashes to the atmosphere screen
update it now boots but everything is gone, all my games and dlc, im not upset at all but just weird how everything was wiped over a updateDo the following:
- Make a NAND backup with Hekate if you haven't already. Store it somewhere safe.
- Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/)
- Download the latest Atmosphere from GitHub (currently 0.9.3)
- Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
- Download these signature patches
- Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
- Make sure your SD card is FAT32 with 32KB clusters
- Put the SD into your Switch
- Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
Were you using an emuNAND?update it now boots but everything is gone, all my games and dlc, im not upset at all but just weird how everything was wiped over a update
i dont think soWere you using an emuNAND?
yes i wasIt was most likely a theme that you had to delete. did you have a custom theme installed?
yeah bro too late its cool tho lmao i appreciate yaMost themes from 6.1.0 or so don't work on 8.0+ firmwares, there is a theme folder inside SD:/atmosphere/titles/ that contains the theme, I forgot the folder, but I think it was all zeros and ones, removing that should have worked for you, or was most likely your problem, too late to check though, right? it was in SD:/atmosphere/tiitles/0100000000001000
