I finally managed to fix my console.

The issue was the PRODINFO partition, which was damaged on the sysnand. I used TegraExplore to copy the PRODINFO from the emummc to the sysnand. After that, the firmware booted normally.

I still get the usual 2123-0011 error, but I added a DNS redirect that points all Nintendo servers to localhost. With that in place, it no longer crashes in Semi-stock or CFW. On the official firmware, it still crashes if I try to go online, but that is fine. I also use a donor prod keys to install a game cert so I can play cards (even if I don't do that much).

I now have a stable sysmmc that I can always clone to emummc. The console is banned and in a strange way. Someone (previous owner of this motherboard which was cheap and I knew it) anonymised the serial number, so it cannot update software through official channels. I have to use Daybreak for updates. But for local gaming works-flawless and I never play online so is perfect.

You can't go online with rebuild NAND.

Just updated hekate and then stock to 21.0 so the kids could play stock games.
I didnt know this would affect cfw. Keep getting failed to match warmboot with fuses etc when booting cfw.
I have updated syspatch to 1.5.7 etc with no luck.

Any ideas or do I have to wait until atmosphere is updated?

NEVER UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE UNTIL A ATMOSPHÈRE VERSION SUPPORTING THAT FIRMWARE IS RELEASED.

Hey all, I’m a bit confused and hoping someone can clarify.

I originally set up my hacked v1 Switch using partition-based emuMMC via Hekate. Later, I plugged the SD card into my PC and saw one ~29–32 GB raw partitions in Windows Disk Management. I deleted those and merged the space back into the main FAT32 partition using AOMEI.

Here’s the weird part:Even after doing that, I can still boot into emuMMC, CFW sysMMC, and OFW from Hekate like nothing happened. No errors (at first), and everything seems to work.

But now I’m getting occasional boot errors like:

• “Unknown pkg1 version”
• “HOS version not supported”
• “emuMMC corrupt”And Atmosphère crashes with error code 2002-4453.

So my question is:How was emuMMC still booting if I deleted the raw partition? Is Hekate reading leftover data from unallocated sectors?

i have ZA DLC and update, it works perfect on CFW but I cannot open ZA on OFW anymore as it says the program closed because an error after the switch splash screen when booting ZA. Is it normal to not be able to play it on OFW due to this?

For reference, I am on sysMMC and am already banned long before this. My sigpatches are up to date and I installed on SD card. OFW 21.0 CFW 1.10.1

that did the job! but after gettign back at it. considering just removing that partition altogether and reclaiming the space for games. i assume the best way to do it is nuclear (reformat the whole sd and set back up from scratch, or can i just used a partition manager on pc to clear the android partition and extend the emunand partition into it?

Hello, just bought Dragon Ball Sparking Zero for switch 1, but it doesn't show unless I perform a system update. How can I bypass that. I would prefer not downloading on my SD due to it already being full with other games.

Sound like your fimware is too low in order to run the game, that why it is asking you to update

I managed to update myself from 19 to 20.1 and was successful (thanks @impeeza) although I am still slightly confused...

Most of my hb apps and forwarders still work fine even tho i have the red writing beside the apps on hbl.... Should i bother with them?

All my emulators work except pgen genesis but not really bothered about it. Just curious!

The problem was corrected on LibNX 41.1.0-1 but in order to correct a binary app you need to build FROM SOURCE it again. (there is a webpage which patch binaries but is not a good practice)

Most of the homebrew has been upgraded and new binaries are available, but some abandoned homebrew are hard to get them working.

Please quote me when you answer: If I have a Switch with Emunand already set up and partition for Android working, can I reallocate and add Linux without issues?

I've followed a guide to get the Linux options appearing in the boot selection but it throws errors on the bootup process. There were some extra steps about copying the values of the joycons or something, but I assumed it's fucking up because I didn't initially install my brew setup with linux.
