Your error seems to be related to the hbmenu that's installed, check out forwarder. It's what I use and it calls on the nro that you keep at the root of your SD card. It's, IMHO far superior to the hbl (homebrew loader). It's a completely new reworked version of 4n's legal homebrew menu with the latest v2.4.1 hbloader also works on the latest firmware, it works so it always boots full applet mode and full ram access and you never have to use the album icon to boot into the homebrew menu. If you need to update the hbmenu, you just drop the latest bro in the root of your SD card. All credit goes to @Reecey for this. Hope this helps.

Note: I corrected a typo in my first response to your post. It initially said "I would've suggest reusing the files from your SD card" and what it was supposed to say is "I wouldn't suggest reusing the files from your SD card". I don't want there to be any confusion.

Thanks for the advice and the link to that forwarder. I ended up corrupting my SD card while troubleshooting last night so I did a fresh AMS install and everything is running smooth again. Thankfully i backed up my saves late november so i'm not missing too much...

My switch full powered off on it's own and had gone to the normal FW instead of CFW. When I tried to inject fusee.bin with Tegra I had gotten the normal Atmosphere blue screen, but then it black screened after that. It doesn't show the normal black atmosphere screen and then logo, and powering it after that point returns me to normal FW. A previous user had this problem but they were messing around with atmosphere files, but I had done no such thing. Is there an atmosphere update or something like that I need to perform? If it matters, I also switched WiFi networks between my last and current fusee.bin injection

I think it's back to life now. Must've been on in a bad state but the battery discharged overnight, it's able to load fusee. Loads AMS logo and then a low battery icon, I'll charge it more and try again soon.

I'm glad to be of any kind of help but am sorry your sd became corrupted, thankfully you back up your files. I have a reminder set every sunday to backup the entire contents of my card cause I have lost everything far too many times in the past ( not switch related but anything that I should've been backing up). Oh yeah... Did you remember to format in fat32?

Well you can update the Atmosphere files if you want. Download them from the official GitHub page. Also, how is your SD card formatted?

DeepSea doesn't include patches so yes, you will need to download them separately. You can get them from this thread.

Hello guys,
Am I stupid or something strange is happening with my Tinfoil? Tinfoil is up and running on my Switch but I can't see any shop there, I and failed whenever I tried to add a shop, I'm stuck on a step when I need to press "-" to add a new entry in a File Browser on Tinfoil, but I always end up in the Options menu. Nothing is wrong with my joycons, I haven't noticed any issue with them.
Can I edit Tinfoil's file on my Windows and add the Protocol, host, and everything for the shop manually, or you guys can suggest to me what else I can do.

if you never installed any nsps on sysnand then factory resetting is unnecessary but not harmful

okay so i've left my sysnand untouched and used 90dns while in emunand, but if i were to reset it and sign into a nintendo acc, would there be a chance of the account being banned?

nah, nintendo almost never bans nintendo accounts(usually CC fraud related), only consoles. even accounts that were on fresh banned console can be used on other switches just fine.

you need to own the game first of all. and have 2 of the same profiles on both switches.
assuming those conditions are met.

back up the save, restore it to sysnand on the same profile thats on the other switch.
turn off and boot into stock ofw.
then do a save transfer in switch system settings and connect with the 2nd local switch.
done.
