I have a modded Wii U and I’m trying to get my Wii U Pro Controller working with Wii games, whether they’re launched through UWUVCI injects or through USB Loader GX.

I’d especially like to use this controller for games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl (possibly mods like Project+ and Project M), Mario Kart Wii, and Mario Kart Wii Retro Rewind.

I’m also wondering if it’s possible to make the Wii U Pro Controller work with games that don’t normally support the Wii Classic Controller, such as Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, Donkey Kong Country Returns.

And what about games that already support the Classic Controller, like Xenoblade Chronicles and Pandora's Tower?

Does the vWii has an app like bloopair ? If so I can use it to pair any controller.

I know I can play my Wii games on my wii u using the Wiimotes and the gamepad but I want to use a more traditional controller.

I have tried the 8 bit do adapter for Snes and Nes classic plug into the Wiimote but unfortunately it didn't work

No, you need different setups to achieve what you want, and almost all of them need a dongle or something similar in conjunction with fakemote(limited to ps controller as of now), RVLoader (using a bluetooth dongle to gamecube port for wii u pro) or even a little harder using a rpi pico w and converting it to act as a wiimote+wii classic/pro controller.

Thank you for your quick answer! Among all the solutions you provided, which one is the easiest to set up? And which Bluetooth dongle should I buy?

I can answer that one, for GC bluetooth receivers there are 2 main options, blueretro or 8bitdo retro receiver.
Blueretro has by far the most features and widest compatibility, but being an open source project, its future is currently uncertain since the original maintainer left the project.

8bitdo retro receiver is mostly only compatible with 8bitdo controllers and 1st party game controllers, the Wii U Pro Controller is on the list of compatible controllers though. Blueretro works with pretty much anything.

Blueretro is not the easiest to set up, rumble for example is not enabled by default, and it's not obvious how to enable it. If you know that you have to look for a "rumble pak" setting then it isn't hard. But nobody told me that, it took me a while to figure it out myself.

In my experience, Blueretro does a pretty good job recognizing whatever controller you're using and applying suitable button mappings automatically, so apart from the rumble thing, you can mostly just leave things at the defaults, but you have complete customization via the web UI if you like.

8bitdo retro receiver on the other hand does not appear to offer any button remapping or other customization options, if you don't like the default mappings then you're out of luck.

Both options are around the same price ($25) so I'd pick Blueretro every time for the extra features. Even if it never received another firmware update, the functionality that it already has is very good. You can buy blueretro dongles from companies like RetroScaler or Bitfunx, they have single port options as well as "squid" dongles that support multiple ports/players.

Keep in mind that RVLoader is an entirely separate loader that you have to use in order to get the GC controller support, it doesn't work in normal USB loaders AFAIK.
You may not want to use RVLoader. In which case the only options are the option you already tried (dongle plugged into wiimote), or some sort of USB dongle combined with Fakemote.
There are not many options for compatible USB dongles.
Mayflash Magic-NS/Magic-S supports PS3 consoles (and supports Wii U Pro Controller), so it might just work with Fakemote, by pretending to be a PS3 controller which Fakemote supports.
Brook makes similar products, but only the Wingman XE (not the XE2!) supports PS3 consoles and WUPC, as far as I could tell.
I can't guarantee that either of these will work perfectly (or at all), in theory they should but because they're generic USB devices, and they were never tested to work with Fakemote, they might not.
Judging by this, it looks like the Mayflash might not work: https://github.com/xerpi/fakemote/issues/11
So you really might be limited to only official DS3 and DS4 controllers when it comes to Fakemote...

8bitdo Retro Receiver for NES/SNES Classic supports the Wii U Pro Controller according to their website. Have you updated the 8bitdo firmware to the latest, and followed their manual for connection steps?

Donkey Kong Country Returns has patches for classic controller, so does SMG 1+2, many other games will too but not all.

This is the least flexible method, because you can't emulate other configurations like Wiimote+Nunchuck (which both RVLoader and Fakemote can do, to support a wider range of games), but if you could make it work with what you already have without buying additional adapters then that would obviously be good.
