Since I refuse to update my 3DS right now I cannot go to the shop channel to find the name. If I do the update I cannot use my flash carts.

they are region lock you can receive it but you can save it

As far as I know, Swapnote stationaries are not region-locked. You can send and received them with no hassle. Or I am missing something here? Anyway, do you have it?

So meaning that JP Art Academy stationary can only be received and sent by JP 3DS's? I didn't know that for sure. Anway again, My pink unit si JP so no problem for me. Anybody have it?

Japanese Art Academy can be received on any 3DS, but if your 3DS is not Japanese, and you already have an English one, it won't save on your 3DS.
If you don't have the English one, the Japanese one will be saved, until you receive the English one.

For Japanese 3DS's, change all the words "English" to the words "Japanese".

Sorry for the ignorance, but how do you get these stationary in the first place? Do you have to sign into Swapnote on that date that is listed in OP?

Sorry, I haven't used Swapnote more than 3 times.
