Gaming Swapnote/LetterBox Sendable Stationaries

No, I've got the Japanese one from Nikki, then a few people from GBATemp and DSHack.org sent me an English one, and I've still got the Japanese one, but the English one didn't save.

Then I don't know but somehow it's possible to save one or the other on a european 3DS.

If you are seeing the the stationary for the first time, the 3DS will save it.
If it needs to choose between regions, the device's region is prefered.

Does the Japanese Art Academy one overwrite the US one, or are they separate?

Like I said multiple times, the 3DS 'overwrites' the one that matches our Region.
So, on a Japanese 3DS, you'll lose the English one, on an American, European, or Australian 3DS, you'll lose the Japanese one.
