Hacking Swap Accounts Trick to install TN-V

So based on this Vita-handbook: https://github.com/xy2iii/vita-handbook/blob/master/Vita Handbook.txt
and all info there about possibility to swap accounts, someone who have PS3 and Vita could create a new account, install a PSP demo game, backup it and share that backup with that account ID to others.
That would be a method to enable WHBL/TN-V for those who don't have a demo PSP game installed.

Could anyone confirm this is or not possible to realize?

Yes you can install VHBL but not TN-V because we don't have pspemu kernel exploit yet
