Augh... a little too rich for my blood at the moment.

And given the capacity, the faster class speeds are going to be a boon for the simple reason that if I ever need to reload this card, I'd like ot keep the transfer times to a minimum.

A 16gig would be more affordable, true... but I'd like to try and do a more significant increase if I'm going to buy another microSD.

Kingston's QA lately has been all over the place apparently... what with how wildly different performance has been between where the card(s) in question were made. Not being able to check/verify through just an online photo, probably not my ideal choice. Can't say I've used a Wintec brand microSD before either. I've used Patriots with no problem at least. And this one Transcend is rather stupidly fast in my digital camera.

I'm not talking about that, Alex... I'm talking about how which factory the card was made from seems to have a rather significant effect on the I/O performance of a microSD with their logo on it. In short, a made-in-China Kingston will perform like ass, while the same model card that states made in Japan/Taiwan is actually pretty awesome speed-wise.

Since I can't actually see the country of origin that Newegg gets for their cards sourced from, it would be a crapshoot to order a Kingston microSD online... anywhere for that matter. Only way I would get a Kingston now is if I can physically look at the package to verify its country of origin, so I make sure I'm not getting an artificially gimped card.

What is the integrity of the MicroSD Card Reader bundled with SCDS2. Should I use it or use the MicroSD adapter that came with my kingston card.

doesn't matter, but the usb reader bundled with the ds2 is slow, so even if you card is class 10 the speed of file transfer will still be limited, not sure about the microsd-to-sd adapter, but i'd assume that it works just as fast as your microsd card normally would (the limit being either from the card or your sd card reader

I was wondering if it is possible when playing a GBA game to stretch the screen to full screen on a DSi XL?

Is there any update coming that will allow us to do this?

Damn :/ I was really looking forward to enjoying GBA games on the XL screen.

Does the team that made the GBA Emulator have an official site or something?
