Gaming super smah bros cia/dlc help

I used to have SSB as a cartiage until I found out how to install Al9h and Luma on my system, once i downloaded SSB I also downloaded all the DLC from Freeshop, when the game first loaded all the dlc wasthere and everything was fine I played with no issues but when I restarted the system and played it again all the DLC were gone and im not sure why, Not only does this happen everytime but its the only game ive had this problem with. Im not sure how to fix this issue so the DLC stays there

Try deleting the dlc then re-download it.

Don't go into eShop and don't check the DLC from inside the game
