It's not badly scrambled.
I can probably edit it in my state.
i'm only using tile molester.
Messed around with it, figured the way it is scrambled.
here is how I set it up:
i got 2 windows of it running at once. One of the 2 has the bottom line aligned (window on the left), while the the other has blocks of the top and bottom lines aligned in separate blocks (window on the right)
as you can see, I selected the blocks from window 2 and copied, and pasted it on window 1 and I've matched it up.
If you see the example I've finished (the first text that's neatly done), I've just dragged and dropped the blocks of graphics in order.
That shows how it's not really "scrambled" in a weird way.
Later once i'm done editing, I can just separate it and put it back in the way how it was, which won't even take a minute.
once you are done,
well it might be hard and you might get confused, but to me, it's scrambled in a way where you can easily put it back together.
now what seems hard is getting the graphic effects to stay there and editing it while using the colors of the palette.
probably photoshop and use the "paste from" function?
seems like I can mimic this with photoshop. But remember, the palette is limited.
getting it aligned, or being able to view it is the easy stuff.
