not sure, it should work, i mean it is the same file with the music changed a little and by the way, i just follow the steps and i didn't see any problem, the music just plays fine.

NOTE: It doesnt work:/ ive unpacked both roms, backed up the english sound and took the same files from the jap version and put them in the eng map (same place), I then repacked it using dslazy and tried to run the game on my Acekard 2. I came as far as "language" selection screen then i got 2 black screens.

Same , i have a Acekard 2 too.

The roms weight is 261mo, it must be that with the acekard.

Edit : Yes with the original English Video Forlder and the Ex1 and Japanese *sdat files, the game work just fine with the acekard.

We have to find a way for win 5mo.

Awesome! I seriously don't know how I'd survive without undubs these days.

Too bad this game is like a slap in the face to Suikoden fans. Anyone see the us "trailer" for this game? They pretty much slaughter the pronunciation of the game, both the Japanese and the German part.

While we're on the topic of fixing Konami's US mistakes here, does anyone know how possible it would be to inject a more readable font into the game? I'm thinking this would be a bit harder, but being able to differentiate between n's and m's would be awesome.

I delete all Langage Files that i dont need, the NDS weight is now 245mo.

hi, I just made the undub rom, the only thing I've noticed is that the intro song and the video are out of sync by almost 2 secs, is it just me or anyone else have this problem.

thx to the guy who made the first post for undub instruction.
Successfully did an undub as instructed and had tried it with no major errors found so far after 20 minutes in the game..... except there's only a time the map on the screen blipping one time.
I'm using R4 btw....
The rom size now after undub is 261 MB as mentioned few posts above. Pretty big file size for nds o.O
Anyway.....thx again for the undub instruction ^^

This undub was already explained in the original release thread

And a patch is not possible (at least with xdelta an ppfmaker) because the rom size becomes bigger what makes the patch very big.

The japanese voices work fine for me until i started the first conversation in El-Quaral. Since then, the voices don't belong to the person who is speaking. Any suggestion how to fix it?

replace all the files in the /movie/ folder

i did the redub again and it works now
just dont forget the 3rd sdat file in the ROM folder

Found it, jsut replace both ds_data_vow.sdat (in the rom and ext1 folder )

Ahh thanks for mentioning, are there any other weird bugs? if you use the full undub?
