Hacking Succesfully remarried a bluray drive but still not ready disks.....

I have a phat ps3 60gb backwards compatible and had a non working blu-ray drive so i had to install a cfw no-bd because regular cfw wont load apps and stuff just goes to blank screen. like title says i did the remarry process dumped the eid key and remarry process in factory service mode and it said success, but when i put a ps3, ps2 disk the drive does the same of nothing just like before remarry process. It does receive disks and ejects them just i don't even hear the laser trying to read its just dead silence.

btw now that it got remarried and now with a regular cfw apps and stuff open up without blank screen issues.

Now i do have another ps3 drive maybe 2 of them from another ps3 think its from a 40gb ps3, only difference physically it doesn't have that outside daughter board circuit board attached to the bottom of the drive, I don't know if the newer ps3 drives have the daughter-boards built in and not exposed maybe someone knows here but can i use that one and remarry it? If i cant what you think i need for the current one like what part either the drive physically/mechanically is bad or is the daughter board bad of not allowing the laser to not even try to read disks and make noises etc? thanks

I can put the first bd back in but what i did jsut now recently is put another bd from like a normal phat 40gb ps3 little and this was a success in the remarrry process and this drive is better than the first because now it reads the disks it plays ps1 games it reads the ps3 games from the xmb game menu the ps3 game shows up but when i hit it to run it it comes up with error code 80010017.

it just goes back to xmb screen. also ps2 games icon comes up in xmb game menu but it goes to a blank screen just gets stuck on it. maybe its a cfw version i have issue does anyone know whats up? currently have ferrox 4.82 cobra 7.55

Also what steps can i do to remove any all apps/packages settings that where and are applied when trying multiple cfw and install bunch of apps/packages and start with the current cfw fresh so i can see if it plays ps3 games without that error above?

With this second drive i did run the cd movie playback fix option in mulitman and it says it appears there's nothing wrong with the bd.

I installed ferrox 4.75 cfw and then went straight to safe mode and did both back to back restore file system and rebuild database then now it loads ps3 games with that error code and loads ps2 games no more blank screen.

So not sure which fixed it using a older cfw version 4.75 or restore file system and rebuild database in safe mode. I guess i can find out put back a newer cfw 4.82.

Did you try the bdrom fix in multiman like I stated in earlier post? Just read bottom of last post. Ive had this issue before when remarrying successfully and still getting errors. I believe I solved it by marrying diff drives.
