ROM Hack Help How to Unpack .LZ Files from Fire Emblem Fates 3ds?

Hey guys, i'm trying to extract the Character models from Fire Emblem Fates 3ds.
I tried FEAT but when I drag and drop or open the game into it and click Go, nothing happens.

I tried, 3DS Packenglishv0. And it was able to extract files. I don't know where to gro from here, I found some Live2D folder but there were no textures.
I saw .lz files and tried to extract with BatchL77

but i see error message:
3DS PackEnglishV9\Extractor & Rebuilder Software & Installer\ExtractedRomFS\ba\uAnim_ch120_Utahime_lc0_Attack1.bch.lz]: Not a compressed file

    Yea but to play the next gen games, you must have those games on internal, or buy the official ssd expansion cards, which are expensive

    On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
