Hacking South Park Theme Released for 4.0

I have made and released a South Park theme for System Menu 4.0 and it is now available for download.

This theme includes the 20 frames of animation in empty channels modified brlan file and the extra tpls in it's chansel.ash file. I decided to use it in a fitting manor for a south park theme. No offense to the catholics among us.

It is in the 4.0 Themes section at softmii.org and is in .mym file format. You need to be registered and loged in to download themes. Just convert with MyMenu then rename it to 0000007x.appSouthPark and put it in your SD:/softmii folder then install it with the softmii tweak toy.

Just extract the my_ipltop_b.brlan from the chansel.ash to get the 20 frames code for the empty channels.

Then name the frames as such in sequence... hex 0-19
