All the way up to 10.4, right from system settings, easy like pie. Just make sure you have the right firmware.bin!
EDIT: And make sure you're in emunand when you do... that's maybe the most important part.

10.4 emunand and 10.2 firmlaunch, which is the best combination at the moment as NTR still works.
Wow, finally found the issue with the thread.. I set the affinity mask to -1 and it works now lol.. even tho up till now setting it to 1 worked just fine.
Will you be releasing v 3.2 with this fix and possibly the 10.4 firmlaunch ?
Aren't you glad it was something so simple (though the simplest bugs tend to be the most frustrating to find)?
probably will release it in a bigger update since i moved a lot of stuff around to make life easier for when changing firm binaries. (i.e i now patch sdmmc struct into emunand.bin because im gonna write code that auto-locates it.)

If you only use NTR for the region free, you could just switch to free multi patcher if you wanted, then you could use the 10.4 FIRM/kernel. But yeah, 10.4's FIRM is still not that useful. If NTR supported it though, I'd see no reason not to use it and update Reinand officially to use it.

Heh, that's pretty flimsy reasoning, one could modify FMP to do the same.
But yeah, it's good to hear that the version string patching problem wasn't something insanely complex.
Until someone does it, I'm sticking with NTR. Besides, I use NTR for langemu, cheats, setting CPU clock, I only have FMP for future update blocking.Heh, that's pretty flimsy reasoning, one could modify FMP to do the same.
That IS giving me an idea..maybe I'll mod FMP to do *only* region-free and then exit immediately so it's much quicker (that and FMP can't fail to "boot"). We don't really need the eShop spoofing anymore now that emuNAND goes all the way up to 10.4.
WIP update 1: Got it working, was much easier than I expected. Now I just need to clean up the code so that it doesn't include the menu stuff or the saving config stuff, since all it does is region free.

I know you are talking in theory and possibilities here, but i would really love that type of modified FMP if you do decide to streamline it
