Actually, the law doesn't explicitly deny porn producers the same powers. It's funny though to think of how easy it would be to spam this new law. It would encourage people to copyright every trivial thing and then blackmail website owners. "Subscribe to our IP network and you won't have to worry about us shutting you down. But hey, there's 50 more where we came from. Better subscribe to our affiliates, too!"
