My experience was a little bit worse but then again I didn't live in Tokio..isamux said:Alright, here's one from me.
Japan, is great for their speeds.
There's lots of competition for service, not so much for backbone, you only have 2 -4 options, but then the providers... so many!
I've not quite reached those speeds when downloading, but near them with newsgroups. I can't find these speeds DL from the web or Torrents... but who needs em when you've got newsgroups ** (of course for legal purposes for DL Linux distros and such...)
